Description: Camping, hiking, and biking. This event has been a huge success. These trails are different than what we have around Lawrence. There is primitive camping in the Switchgrass, Grama, Wheatgrass and Foxtail areas with heated showers nearby. There are also cabins and electrical hookups in the Foxtail area.
The club will have a campsite in the Switchgrass area. Many people camp in this area as there will be group meals and camp fire gatherings there. The trail head is just up the hill from this camping area. There is a bath house up the hill next to the trailhead and electrical hookups near by.
